Q. How do I register if I’m interested to attend your event?

You may email the registration form to training@reliabilityconferences.com Our sales representative will get back to you ASAP.

Q. What is included in the registration fee?

Fee includes luncheons, refreshments and a complete set of conference material in CD. It does NOT include the cost of accommodation and travel.

Q. What is your substitution policy?

You may send a replacement if you are unable to attend the event personally due to last minute commitment at no extra charge. Please inform our operations executive at least 2 working days before the event, new registration docket will be prepared and distributed to the replacement.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

If Reliability Conferences cancels the EVENT due to circumstances beyond our control such as acts of God, acts of war, speaker’s ill faith, governmental emergencies, labor strikes or terrorism, Reliability Conferences shall reschedule the event within the next six months from the canceled date.

Reliability Conferences reserves the right to alter or modify speakers’ line up and/ or topics if necessary. Any substitution or alterations will be updated on our web page.

Q. I would like to speak in your conference. How do I submit a proposal?

Please submit your complete biography to training@reliabilityconferences.com and our producer will contact you if there is a need to use your services based on your expertise as well as conference topics relevance.

Q. How do I resolve a complaint about your conference/training?
